  • Our data security is of the utmost importance.

    We have always worked to the requirements of the Data Protection Act and this will now extend to compliance to the new General Data Protection Regulations, which come into effect in May 2018.

    Personal data includes that of customers, suppliers and our own employees.

    We ensure the sovereignty and security of the data in our possession through a UK based IT service provider, who are ISO2000 and ISO27001 certified. Furthermore, our IT department maximises data security through;

    Security policies and privilege grants

    Prevention of inappropriate/unnecessary access to sensitive data

    Constant monitoring procedures for suspicious behaviour

    Protect data inside-out with maximum security

    Maintenance of updated firewalls

    Implementation of a daily back-up and regular update routine

  • In compliance with the GDPR (May 2018), we will only process your data for lawful and contractual obligations, and on the basis that there is a legitimate interest to do so. We do not pass on personal data to third parties for reasons of commercial interest.

    All employees have the appropriate training to ensure that our data is protected.

    Any e-marketing communications that you receive from us relate to our products, services and news, and are therefore sent under the classification of legitimate interest. We will, however, always include a provision of an opt-out clause should you not want to receive future e-marketing communications from us.
