Paper and Board Conversion
Sheeting
Our 3 versatile Pasaban sheeters can sheet from reels up to 1850mm wide
Minimum sheet conversion size is 300 x 310mm
Maximum sheet conversion size is 1850 x 2200mm
Paper fibre substrates from 40 - 600gsm can be converted, from a single reel load to 4 reels at a time
Tabbing and flexi-pallets are also available in long and short grain sizes
Heat shrink pallets are made to size, with 4-way banding and edge protectors
Pallet height and/or weight can be specified
Rewinding
Our Pasaban rewinder can rewind reels up to 2450mm wide and down to a minimum of 400mm outside diameter
We can resize reels in any width down to 150mm with up to 7 pockets across the reel and rewind on customer specified core sizes
Paper and Board Finishing
Guillotining
4 edge trimming from A4 up to 1100 x 1100mm
Ream Wrapping
We offer a ream wrapping service in either a plain white kraft wrap or in customer supplied wrap
We can ream wrap in customer specified quantities as specified
Finished pallets are shrink wrapped and banded
De-Reaming
We can de-ream stock and restack as bulk packed pallets either with plain or customer own labels. Shrink wrapped with edge protectors and 4-way banding
Our shrink wrap is minimum 30% recycled
Refurbishing
Re-Palletising
Pallet turning service to flip the topside
Change from standard to flexi-pallet or vice versa
Reel Refurbishment
Repair and rewrap damaged reels
Wrapped in brown Kraft with end caps
Damage areas slabbed off
