Denmaur provides professional paper and board conversion services from our specialist West Midlands facility. We work with paper mills, merchants, printers, publishers, packaging companies and other businesses requiring reliable, high-quality conversion of paper and board.
Our experienced team can process a wide range of materials and formats, offering reel-to-sheet conversion, rewinding, slitting and finishing services to meet specific customer requirements. Reel-to-Sheet Conversion
Convert paper and board reels into bespoke sheet sizes from 300 × 310mm up to 1850 × 2200mm, with material weights from 40–600gsm.
Reel-to-Reel Rewinding
Rewind and resize reels up to 2450mm wide, with widths from 150mm upwards and customer-specified core sizes available.

Slitting
Resize and slit reels to meet specific width requirements, with multi-pocket rewinding available for suitable materials.
Guillotining
Four-edge trimming from A4 up to 1100 × 1100mm for accurately finished paper and board formats.

Ream Wrapping
Wrap and pack reams in plain white kraft or customer-supplied materials, with finished pallets protected by shrink wrap and banding.
De-Reaming
De-ream existing stock and restack into bulk-packed pallets, with customer-specific labelling available.

Re-Palletising
Adapt existing pallets to meet specific requirements, including standard-to-flexi pallet conversion, pallet height or weight specifications and bespoke labelling.
Reel Refurbishment
Repair and repackage damaged reels, including slab-off where required, followed by kraft wrapping and end-cap protection.

Repair or replace damaged pallets and rewrap finished pallets with heated shrink wrap, edge protection and four-way banding.

Quality, Traceability & Technical Support
Quality and traceability are central to our conversion service. Converted material can be tracked back to its parent reel or pallet reference, with production reports available to support customer requirements.
Our experienced conversion team can provide technical advice on material specifications, sheet and reel formats, packaging and palletisation. Our quality and environmental management systems are supported by FSC® and PEFC Chain-of-Custody, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification.
Where applicable, mill guarantees and relevant FSC®, PEFC and Carbon Balanced credentials can be retained through the conversion process.
