Delipac is an award-winning, non-polymer barrier packaging board designed to provide a more sustainable alternative to traditional plastic-coated packaging.
Its innovative Smart-Safe® barrier technology provides protection against grease, moisture and ink migration while maintaining the performance required for demanding food packaging applications. Delipac is plastic-free, PFAS-free, recyclable, compostable and biodegradable, helping brands move towards packaging solutions with a lower reliance on conventional plastic barriers.
Available in a range of finishes and constructions, including Food Gloss, Oven Matt, Oven Silk, 2 Side Coated, Matt and Silk, Delipac offers flexibility across a wide variety of packaging formats and end uses.
Depending on the grade, Delipac can be suitable for oven, microwave, chiller, flash-freeze and deep-freeze applications, with certifications covering food contact, compostability and recyclability.

Delipac provides a high-quality printing surface designed to combine strong visual presentation with barrier performance. Available finishes include gloss, matt, silk and two-side coated options, allowing you to select the surface that best suits your branding and packaging requirements. The Food Gloss grade, for example, features a clay-coated, ultra-smooth printing surface.
Delipac is designed for demanding food packaging applications and can be heat sealed, ultrasonic sealed and thermo sealed, depending on the grade and application. Its barrier properties provide resistance to grease, moisture and ink migration, while selected grades are suitable for oven and microwave use as well as chilled and frozen applications.
Delipac's combination of barrier performance and sustainability makes it suitable for a particularly broad range of packaging applications, including takeaway food packaging, oven-ready packaging, microwaveable packaging, frozen food packaging, fresh produce packaging, sandwich boxes, food trays and platters, cups, sleeves and more.
