Pureline Fine Linen is a partially acrylic-coated, finely linen-structured, biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) lamination film designed to create a refined, tactile linen-effect finish.
Its distinctive textured surface adds subtle depth and character to premium printed materials, while providing scuff resistance and good tear resistance for enhanced durability.
The reverse side is coated with an EVA hot-melt adhesive for lamination to a variety of substrates. Available in Thermal and Wet formats, Pureline is suited to applications where a sophisticated textile-inspired finish is required.
Due to the nature of its structured surface, the finished film is not suitable for subsequent gluing or printing, while hot foil stamping requires pre-production testing.

Pureline Fine Linen creates a subtle, elegant linen texture that adds tactile and visual interest to laminated print. However, the finished surface is not suitable for subsequent printing. This should be considered when planning the print and finishing sequence, with all required printing completed before lamination.
Available in Thermal and Wet formats, PURELINE provides flexibility across different lamination processes. The finished surface is not suitable for gluing, and hot foil stamping applications must be tested before production due to the fine linen structure. The EVA hot-melt coating requires curing time following lamination, with the appropriate curing period dependent on the base material used.
Ideal for premium printed products where a refined, textile-inspired texture and sophisticated tactile finish are desired. Typical applications include luxury brochures, book covers, presentation materials, corporate literature, invitations, premium packaging, promotional materials and high-end retail communications. The fine linen effect is particularly suited to applications requiring an understated, elegant finish.
