PermaPaper® offers excellent printability across a wide range of print technologies, with individual grades developed for specific production processes. Depending on the grade, the range is compatible with dry toner, HP Indigo, offset litho, UV offset, flexographic and UV inkjet printing. Its high whiteness and printable surfaces support crisp, vibrant results, while specialist coatings provide reliable ink or toner adhesion and smooth, consistent runnability. This makes PermaPaper® suitable for both short-run digital production and high-volume commercial applications.
PermaPaper® is designed to withstand demanding handling while remaining versatile for a wide range of finishing processes. Depending on the grade and thickness, it can be folded, creased, cut, trimmed, stapled, die-punched, perforated and bound. Some grades can also be hot foil stamped and adhesive bonded, offering additional flexibility for specialist applications. Its dimensional stability and tear resistance make it particularly well suited to finished products that need to withstand repeated handling, moisture or outdoor conditions.
PermaPaper® is ideal for applications where durability, moisture resistance and long-lasting print performance are essential, including tags and labels, door hangers, maps and calendars, menus, race numbers and event materials, bunting as well as horticultural identification tags.
